Position overview

Our product development team is looking for a Product Engineer. That's a fancy way of saying we want to hire a web developer with full-stack experience.

As a Product Engineer at Conferences i/o, you'll be putting your problem solving skills and passion for developing great software to use every day. You'll work within a team that builds world-class digital products in a fun, fast-paced environment. If you love technology, finding solutions, and making people happy—you'll fit right in.

Required skills and background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles and processes.
• Demonstrable experience developing for LAMP stack (PHP and MySQL).
• Experience developing for frontend web applications (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a diverse set of people from many disciplines.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa, such as an H-1B visa. Conferences i/o does not intend to file any visa applications in connection with this opening.
